Objectives
To consolidate understanding of the 'grain chain', and introduce what happens
after farming and harvest To understand the milling process and how wheat is
made into flour To know key words associated with the milling process and to
have a basic understanding of what they mean To know the difference between
wholemeal, brown and white flour To know and name a range of foodstuffs which
are made from flour.
